The 34th Annual Waterfowl Queens Pageant will be held in Linesville, PA on September 5, 2015 at St. Phillips Social Hall, 401 S. Mercer Street, Linesville, PA 16424.

Age Divisions (based on age on pageant day):

Tiny Miss - 4-6
Little Miss 7-10
Junior Miss 11-15
Miss 16-19
MS 20+

Entry Fee is $25 per contestant. Entry deadline is August 30th.

Early Bird Registration:
Full entry paid and form submitted by August 15th - Pay $20
Entries and payments received after August 15th - Pay $25
Final Deadline to Enter - August 30th

Seeking sponsorships and vendors for the pageant on September 5th. Vendors are welcome to set up at 8am and are asked to pay a $5 table fee along with a contribution to the Chinese Auction. We are seeking sponsors of crowns, trophies, gift bags and sashes. Sponsorships can be any monetary donation, no amount is too large or too small.


All contestants are asked to participate in the following fundraisers for the pageant - proceeds cover the cost of awards presented and the venue:

1. All contestants will sell 10 raffle tickets ($1.00 each) for a 50/50 drawing to take place at the pageant. Tickets will be sent with you paid entry. All ticket stubs and money are required to be returned prior to you competing on September 5th. (NOTE: Sell 35 50/50 tickets and compete for FREE).

2. All contestants will create a small basket that will be auctioned in a Chinese Auction Raffle during the pageant. Baskets can be any theme or size. Baskets will be delivered by contestants at pageant check in on September 5th. All must be submitted prior to the start of competition.

This is an open pageant for girls living within a 50 mile radius. Girls are asked to appear at the DU Pymatuning Waterfowl & Outdoor ExpoSeptember 18-20, 2015 and participate in the parade on September 19th.

Main Competition categories:

1. Community Choice - One award will be presented for the entire pageant. The contestant with the most votes wins a crown and gift ($1.00 per vote)

2. Interview - All contestants will participate in a brief interview with the judges panel on pageant day. An interview award will be presented for each age group. Tiny and Little age groups may present a show and tell of their favorite toy to help with nervousness during interview.

3. On Stage Question - All contestants will answer a question on stage in front of the judges and audience.

Interview and on-stage scores will be combined to determine the winner in each age group.


All contestants will wear the same attire for interview and on stage. Contestants should choose an age appropriate dress. Dresses can be short or long, no glitz.

Optional competition ($10 each):

1. Photogenic - Contestants will submit one (1) clear photograph to be judged on pageant day. This category is optional. One winner will be selected from those entered and will receive a crown and gift.

2. Waterfowl Themed Attire - Contestants will be judged based on a costume of choice that represents Waterfowl. This category is optional. One winner will be selected from those entered and will receive a crown and gift.

Requirements for winners:

The only required event for winners will be the Waterfowl Expo weekend. Optional appearances during the year at various parades and pageants are highly encouraged. If winner holds another title for a different pageant, they are permitted to represent both at events other than the Waterfowl Expo. Winners are asked to return in 2016 to crown the new winners. Fun events, pageants and parades are posted throughout the year to attend.

Visiting Royalty:

Visiting Royalty will be welcomed free with 1 adult chaperone.

All contestants arrive on pageant day at 8:30am. Interviews begin at 9am, pageant to begin approximately 10am following interviews.
